What should I do if the car window cannot be opened?
The glass window of the car cannot be opened, which may be the following three common situations:
The glass vibrated abnormally. This means that the glass regulator screw may be loose.
The glass regulator is stuck.
All glass regulators do not work and lose their lifting function.
Specific solutions:
Clean the glass lift groove, put the chopsticks wrapped with the towel into the glass guide groove, and increase or decrease the number of layers of the towel wrapped chopsticks according to the width of the guide groove, so that the thickness is moderate. Swipe up and down hard in the guide groove to clean up, and keep taking off the towel to wash the loot washed on it until the loot can no longer be cleaned. Once you're done cleaning, it's great if you happen to have some deck wax for interior maintenance, spray a little into each glass run for even better results.
Initialize each window. The initialization method is generally to turn on the ignition switch, pull the switch up and save it. After the glass rises to the top, continue to hold it for more than 3 seconds, release the switch and press and hold it immediately. Let the glass drop to the bottom and wait for more than 3 seconds, then pull the switch again to raise and save it. After the glass rises to the top, continue to hold it for more than 3 seconds, the initialization is completed, and the window can resume its original function. Different models have slightly different initialization procedures.
If the above methods cannot solve the problem, it is recommended to go to a 4S shop or a professional auto repair center for inspection and maintenance.
